Community: Sketchbook
Hello, today I share my tutorial on the air elemental. This would be the last of the four elementals; we have drawn the fire elemental, earth elemental, and water elemental. Today it's the air elemental's turn, and we will be using the same simple and kawaii style. As usual, I share the tutorial sheet with the step-by-step for the drawing; you just have to follow the arrows and numbers. To make this drawing, I will be using digital tools, in my case Ibis Paint, but you can use any other tool or traditional materials. Just remember to make the sketch clear enough so that you can erase it when coloring.

Community: A party crashing.

Last weekend, on a Saturday, I accompanied Ellie and Kami to a party. Ellie and I had found a huge amount of red flags regarding that party, and it would be the first party at big scale for Kami. Since Ellie didn’t want to go alone, I decided to skip the birthday party of a friend and be there for them. Mainly, because Ellie wouldn’t go into the space, but wait outside. And it was announced to be a very remote space.

The 5 min scopy took over 35 min and it was not my wife that came to me in the waiting room but a nurse, telling me that my wife really stayed strong but needed me with her. For me - as I wasn’t expecting anything - that sounded at that moment like the local anesthesia was making her dizzy so she could not walk and just needed some support under her arm. The doctor told me to sit down and told us - what he found was bad. It was a malignant tumor in the esophagus and/or stomach, the stage and spread are not known yet due to the scopy doesn’t allow for that. He did take a few biopts which will be sent to the lab. We were guided to a small private room where we could process this first shock. The doctor would come after the shift to explain what he found and what will be next. In the meantime (The blood clinic was already closed) - other nurses were taken our of their shifts to take my wife her blood samples.

Community: Wednesday Walk

Happy Earth Day, people! Today I had an errand to run in a hard to reach area not too far from the center of the city. It was much more convenient to just take the bus. There weren't too many streets around where I went, so there was a great deal of walking involved. Luckily, the area was full of parks and footpaths. Along the way, I got the idea of capturing the various monuments to historical figures.

Otra página de diario y cinco regalos [Es-En] Another diary page and five gifts
For now, I'll dedicate some time to reading the one about psychosomatics and perhaps the one about the intimacy of love life, although this one in particular has an interesting chapter related to mutilations, let's say intimate ones, and tattoos. It's a topic I'd like to understand from another perspective, since I know many young people with tattoos, which I see as something not very advisable. But everyone decides for themselves.

Community: Amazing Drinks

Today I want to share a recipe that usually helps me on those days when I’m bloated due to indigestion, hormonal changes, or other situations that cause inflammation in our bodies. Ginger and turmeric tea is almost always the go-to drink for these situations, but I’m not a big fan of that kind of drink, so as an alternative, I usually make this recipe, which also helps reduce my inflammation.

Three Tune Tuesday || Soundtrack of the telenovela “Camino de Indias”
Believe it or not, I saw my first telenovela when I was studying at the agricultural school. One of my classmates had a small television and a tiny radio that only tuned into Radio Maturin. At home, we didn't watch telenovelas. My mother would give everyone a book, and our entertainment consisted of analyzing and discussing the book she gave us. We all love to read; it was instilled in us.

Hey, everyone! I'm stopping by today to share my review of a movie I actually watched just to kill some time, without any real expectations. I'm talking about Cold Storage.

Actually, my husband invited me to attend a party for one of his coworkers at a building in the city. The trip really got me excited; I love it when my husband invites me because he rarely takes me to formal events like this. It was quite a long drive from home, and there I met my husband’s coworkers; he introduced me to all of them. After about an hour there, once my husband’s photo session was over, I immediately suggested we leave because it was quite crowded and the weather was extremely hot.

Three Songs by Nickelback | Music & Natto (Three Tunes Tuesday Edition) [ENG/SPA]
I’m going to talk about Nickelback, a Canadian Rock band that became quite popular in the early 2000s. With many hit singles and a strong presence in the Post-Grunge subgenre, this band was one of the first I was introduced to when I was just a teenager. Their songs have a pretty strong rhythm and vibe, something I could sense even without fully understanding what their lyrics were about. Even now, I feel a certain emotion and nostalgia when I listen to them.
