Employees are now free to share, make decisions, and have an opinion in what is taking place around them. Since 2005, distance workers have exploded in popularity - reaching 115% more workers. But 1 out of 4 can’t work solely with technology. Working with tech requires a whole new set of skills. One of those skills include being available to those who need you, whether it be a boss or coworker or employee, it’s important to be in touch. Another important skill is to be able to stay on top of things so in case of any sort of emergency or disorder, you are prepared to deal with it.
