A good feeling

I’m just excited.

Haha! I was going to just leave it at that and leave you mystified.

Starting my new job on Wednesday at the music school, working on their apps, gives me a real sense of purpose. A lot of the projects I’ve worked on in the past haven’t always been fulfilling on the pride level.

I’ll tell you more about the job and the company as I get into it but it feels good to be joining a company with a genuine purpose.

The interview process went so smoothly, there were two stages, the first was a Teams call which went brilliantly followed by an in-person meeting at their office a week later.

I had a feeling it was going to become an offer. It did!

I’ll be mostly working remotely with some weeks in the office, so a very good balance.
