Advice on Steem, please
Just curious if anyone can provide an explanation for how Steem payments really work. I have browsed the FAQ information on the page but am confused by some of the activity I've seen on my account. For example, I've noticed that the actual Steem payments received doesn't always coordinate with the number of upvotes received. I don't get a lot of traffic or votes, to be fair, but one of my posts recently received 29 votes and this only equated to 6 cents worth of Steem payouts.
Does anyone know how their math works when it comes to calculating these conversions? Any information would be appreciated! TIA.
