W-Raises
W-Raises are some of the most least done exercises at the gym, but one should create space for them, they build the rear delts (the muscles thaaat make up the rear section of your shoulders), and they are good for healthy shoulders. Healthy shoulders are shoulders that function well and don't get injured easily 😊.
