Lateral Raises

One of my favourite exercises that for all my years doing em gave me the least satisfaction because one big problem with this workout is that you're trying to build your shoulders but more often than not your trapezius muscles takes over and you don't really feel it on your shoulders. And even though you want big trapezius muscles you just end up feeling like you'll never be able to properly grow your shoulders, especially the mid shoulders, like you want to.

But I've fixed the problem with this workout, the trick is to move the weights to the side and upwards like you're trying to hit someone next to you rather than just lifting the weights up.
