Overhead Tricep Extension

This exercise always feels better with a machine rather than free weights like, I'm doing in the video, but I'm just making do, I only ever do this exercise when the gym machines are faulty or if the machines are already too occupied.

Great exercise for the triceps, especially the part called "the long head" that drops down when you flex your biceps.
