Overhead Cable Tricep Extension

Nothing pumps my triceps like this workout I'm doing in the video called "Overhead Cable Tricep Extension". I also do it with a barbell when there is no cable machine but no matter what I do it never pumps me up like it does when I use cables.

Sadly I hardly get the chance to go to gyms where I can do it, I'm missing a lot of Tricep growth just by that, but hopefully things would change soon.
