Rear Delt Fly

For once I've made a video that was specifically for the thunder eyes effect 😅. Other times I usually just pick videos I've made and throw in the thunder eyes, but this time I thought about it, the best positioning and the best capture of my open eyes, then I went for it 😃.

I've still got a few ideas to mess around with. Watch out 😎

I'm performing an exercise called the rear delt fly and it is for the rear portion of the shoulders. Quite an important workout.
