Time is moving, whether you’re ready or not
Time is one thing I don’t think people take serious enough until it starts showing them signs.
You wake up one day and realize things are not where you thought they would be. Not because you didn’t try, but because you assumed you had more time than you actually did.
I used to feel like I had time for everything. I could delay things, push ideas forward, procrastinate small actions, and still catch up later. That “later” felt very close back then.
Now I see it differently.
Time doesn’t wait for you to figure things out. It keeps moving whether you’re confused, tired, motivated, or even distracted.
That’s the part that hits me the most.
You can spend one whole year just thinking and planning, and before you know it, another year is gone with nothing to really show for it. Not because you’re not capable, but because you kept delaying the start.
I’ve started paying more attention to small actions now. Not big moves, not pressure, just small consistent things. Because I’ve realized somethin, it’s not always about doing something big, it’s about not wasting time doing nothing.
Even on Hive, I have seen this play out.
The people growing are not always the most talented. Some of them just stayed consistent while others stopped or slowed down.
Time rewards consistency more than talent sometimes.
That’s why I’m trying to move differently now.
Less talking, more doing. Less waiting, more starting, Because one thing is clear, time is not slowing down for anybody.
