If I were a robot

If I were to discover that I'm a robot, I would be shocked and confused. This would probably mean that I can also be controlled by someone somewhere. It would be even more concerning.
I would naturally be curious. I would want to know who made me and what my purpose is.

Such a discovery could come from a glitch in my memory or me finding out physically.
I would do everything I can to find out who is controlling me. What would be more important to me is why I was created. This is crucial to me because I would want to find out if I was created for something terrible. I want to know if there's a chance that I would be controlled to cause harm or problems. If that is the case, my goal would be to stop it.

If I were to discover that I've been a robot, I would be stunned because all my life, I thought I was human. Lived my life as a human. So it would be a huge change. This means I'm now aware that I can do things that I ordinarily could not do.

One huge question that would cross my mind is, what if I have access to the internet? I don't mean accessing the internet through a device. I mean accessing the internet as a robot. I think that would make me really powerful. Access to the internet would give me the ability to know a lot. I would be able to solve problems with just a thought.

I would be able to order things online, make trades, create things, all online and seamlessly.
I would not tell people that I am a robot. I just wouldn't want people to discriminate or change their perspective about me. I would want things to be the same in terms of my relationship with others.
