Ingredients

๐ŸŒฟ 1 long red radish
๐ŸŒฟ 1/2 chioggia beet
๐ŸŒฟ 1 watermelon radish
๐Ÿ‡ 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
๐ŸŒถ๏ธ 2 habanero peppers (optional)
๐Ÿ‹ 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
๐ŸŠ 2 tbsp freshly squeezed blood orange juice
๐Ÿท 2 tsp red wine vinegar
๐Ÿฏ 1 tsp honey
๐ŸŒฟ 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
๐Ÿง‚ Salt
๐ŸŒฟ Pink peppercorns


Instructions

1- Prepare Vegetables:

  • Chop the red onion, purple radish, red radish, chioggia beet, and watermelon radish into small, uniform cubes.
  • Place them into a large mixing bowl.

2- Handle the Heat:

  • Remove seeds from the habanero peppers if using to control the spice.
  • Finely chop the peppers and add them to the bowl with the chopped vegetables.

3- Juicy Mixture:

  • Use a citrus juicer to extract the juice from the lime and blood orange.
  • Pour the juices into the mixing bowl.

4- Add Flavors:

  • Add red wine vinegar, honey, chopped cilantro, salt, and pink peppercorns to the bowl.

5- Combine Ingredients:
