Ingredients

1 small red onion
๐ฟ 1/2 large purple radish
๐ฟ 1 long red radish
๐ฟ 1/2 chioggia beet
๐ฟ 1 watermelon radish
๐ 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
๐ถ๏ธ 2 habanero peppers (optional)
๐ 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
๐ 2 tbsp freshly squeezed blood orange juice
๐ท 2 tsp red wine vinegar
๐ฏ 1 tsp honey
๐ฟ 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
๐ง Salt
๐ฟ Pink peppercorns
Instructions
1- Prepare Vegetables:
- Chop the red onion, purple radish, red radish, chioggia beet, and watermelon radish into small, uniform cubes.
- Place them into a large mixing bowl.
2- Handle the Heat:
- Remove seeds from the habanero peppers if using to control the spice.
- Finely chop the peppers and add them to the bowl with the chopped vegetables.
3- Juicy Mixture:
- Use a citrus juicer to extract the juice from the lime and blood orange.
- Pour the juices into the mixing bowl.
4- Add Flavors:
- Add red wine vinegar, honey, chopped cilantro, salt, and pink peppercorns to the bowl.
5- Combine Ingredients:
- Use a metal spoon to mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Taste the salsa and adjust the seasoning as per your liking.
