Instructions
1- Preheat the Oven:
- Set your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2- Mash Bananas:
- In a metal mixing bowl, use a fork to mash the bananas until they're smooth and lump-free.
3- Combine Wet Ingredients:
- Crack the eggs into the mashed bananas.
- Add the peanut butter.
- Mix these wet ingredients thoroughly until combined.
4- Prepare Batter:
- Gradually add the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and cinnamon to the wet mixture.
- Stir until you form a smooth, uniform batter.
