Ingredients
🌶️ 2 jalapeños, chopped, seeds can be removed for less spice
🌿 1 can 13.75 oz (390g) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
🌱 1/3 cup chives, chopped
🧄 4 garlic cloves, minced
🥓 4 pieces center cut bacon, chopped and fried
🥛 1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese, low-fat
🧀 1/4 cup reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
🌿 2 tablespoons Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning & Dip Mix
Instructions
1- Prepare Ingredients:
- Chop the jalapeños, removing seeds if a milder flavor is desired.
- Drain and chop the can of artichoke hearts.
2- Cook Bacon:
- Fry the bacon in the Our Place Always Pan until crispy.
- Remove from pan and set a portion aside for garnish.
3- Chop and Mince:
- On a wooden cutting board, chop chives, reserving a small amount for garnish.
- Mince the garlic cloves finely.
4- Mix Ingredients:
- Combine jalapeños, artichoke hearts, chives, garlic, cottage cheese, most of the fried bacon, cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning.
5- Combine and Mix:
- Use a chef's knife or kitchen scraper tool to chop and mix all ingredients together until well-combined.
6- Transfer and Garnish:
- Transfer the mixture into a grey ceramic serving bowl.
- Garnish with reserved chopped chives and bacon crumbles.
