Saludos y bendiciones queridos padres de Hive account@motherhod, espero se encuentren bien, me imagino están igual que yo felices ya que estamos en la recta final para culminar este año escolar, no puedo creer que falten pocas semanas para que mi hijo tome sus merecidas vacaciones; les cuento que los niños se encuentran trabajando en su último proyecto escolar sobre las regiones de Venezuela; en el caso de mi hijo la maestra le asigno el Distrito Capital, esta semana pasada mi hijo estuvo preparando su exposición, investigo todo sobre el Distrito Capital, sus límites geográficos, gastronomía, bailes típicos, lugares turísticos, entre otros.

Greetings and blessings dear parents of Hive account@motherhod, I hope you are well, I imagine you are just as happy as I am since we are in the final stretch to complete this school year, I cannot believe that there are just a few weeks left until my son takes his well-deserved vacation; I tell them that the children are working on their latest school project about the regions of Venezuela; In the case of my son, the teacher assigned him the Capital District. This past week my son was preparing his . Mon . Aa a He researched aa about the Capital District, its geographical limits, gastronomy, typical dances, tourist places, among others.

Decidimos hacer un lapbook para que el compartiera esta información con sus compañeros y maestra, y estuvo practicando todo el fin de semana ya que él era uno de los primeros en exponer; lo mejor de todo es que el mismo decidió que iba a colocar en el lapbook, ya que el tema era bastante amplio y leímos mucho y vimos varios videos en YouTube para que él tuviera una visión amplia de lo que representa la gran Caracas, que es la capital de nuestro país.

We decided to make a lapbook so he could share this information with his classmates and teacher, and he practiced all weekend since he was one of the first to present; best of all, he decided himself what to include in the lapbook, since the topic was quite broad, and we read a lot and watched several videos on YouTube so he could get a broad understanding of what Greater Caracas—the capital of our country—represents.

A mi hijo le encanto saber mucho del Distrito Capital, además le conté varias anécdotas de todas las veces que visite Caracas y el quedo fascinado con esta ciudad, que aunque aún lo la conoce, quedamos en acuerdo de ir muy pronto para que mis hijos conozcan esa hermosa ciudad y tener la oportunidad de visitar sus lugares turísticos que son muchos.

My son loved learning all about the Capital District. I also told him several stories about all the times I’ve visited Caracas, and he was fascinated by the city. Even though he hasn’t been there yet, we agreed to go very soon so my children can get to know that beautiful city and have the chance to visit its many tourist attractions.

El día de la exposición los representantes fuimos a apoyar a nuestros hijos, y pudimos ser testigo de lo bien preparados que estaban todos, aunque algunos de sus compañeritos estaban algo nerviosos, al final terminaron realizando su exposición con mi hijo gracias a Dios, le gustan estas actividades, él se disfruta sus exposiciones, ya que no tiene ningún miedo escénico al hablar explica con mucha fluidez y propiedad, haciéndome sentir muy orgullosa.

On the day of the presentation, we parents went to support our children, and we could see how well prepared everyone was. Although some of their classmates were a little nervous, in the end they all gave their presentations alongside my son. Thank God, he enjoys these activities; he really relishes giving presentations because he has no stage fright. He speaks very fluently and confidently, which makes me feel very proud.

Antes de despedirme les deseo que sus niños culminen con éxito su año escolar, y que con cada proyecto aprendan significativamente, para ello deben dejarlos a ellos que sean los que tomen la iniciativa en sus estudios, y ustedes solo limitarse a apoyarlos facilitándole lo necesario para que cumplan con sus asignaciones, me gustó mucho que su último proyecto fuera de nuestro país, así le permite afianzar el valor patriótico en los niños, siendo parte de los valores elementales que debe estar presente en toda sociedad, como siempre un gusto en compartirles mi vivencias con mis hijos, hasta una nueva oportunidad.

Before I say goodbye, I hope your children successfully complete their school year and learn meaningfully from each project to achieve this, you should let them take the initiative in their studies, and you should simply support them by providing what they need to complete their assignments. I really liked that their last project was about our country, as this helps instill a sense of patriotism in the children—one of the fundamental values that should be present in every society.
