A Quick Moment with Friends

Hello everyone!! It’s me again @lorene08 back with another blog to share.

Last January 26, 2026, me and my circle of friends had a spontaneous hangout in Lapyahan. It was a sudden plan because we thought that after we passed some of our school outputs, some of us would go home but most of us wanted to hang out, so we decided to push through.

We were supposed to just have a snack or early lunch at Worthy but some of us missed hanging out in Lapyahan, so even though the weather was hot, we still walked going there.

When we arrived, the place was kind of quiet, maybe because only a few students had face-to-face classes or because of the hot weather. Our plan was to eat at a small restaurant near Lapyahan but they weren’t cooking anything, so we decided to order food from Worthy. We actually planned to go back but most of us complained because we were already tired from walking. So, we had no choice and our friend Aj went back. He didn’t really volunteer, he just had no choice. Before that, we saw someone selling taho, so we bought some and sat on the grass in a circle to plan our orders.

While waiting for Aj and some of our friends, we talked and laughed together. We also played and doodled on our friend’s new iPad and tablet and took pictures.

Not long after, one of our friends arrived from her graduation pictorial but sadly, one of our friend who's also her classmate Sharmae couldn’t come because she had another plan. So we continued talking and bonding, and my friends also helped me by offering their products for me to promote since I just started affiliate marketing. I felt really happy and touched because they were so supportive, from letting me borrow their things to even helping me film(loveu all🫶🏻)

Then we started wondering why Aj still wasn’t back. Imagine, he left around 12 noon and came back around 1:30 p.m. It turns out he had many orders to handle, and the serving was slow because there were also many students buying food since it was already lunchtime at SRNHS.

Not long after, we quickly took a group picture and shared our food, then we finally ate. We were so hungry because it was already very hot and it was almost 2 p.m. when we got to eat. Because of that, we finished our food so fast, even the 1.5 liter of Coke was gone quickly, half of it was already finished in no time.

After eating, we decided to go to the shore since we were already in Lapyahan. The ambiance and the sea looked really nice, so we wanted to enjoy it for a while. We stayed there, felt the breeze, and enjoyed the view. Honestly, we were very loud but there were also other people hanging out there. We took a lot of pictures like 0.5 shots and group photos, then we went home after.

Even though it was just a simple and short hangout, it made me realize how important it is to take a break and spend time with friends. Moments like this may seem small, but they become special memories that you’ll always remember, especially when you’re with the right people.
