Good morning fellow athletes of this community! I'm here to tell you about these last few days of combo training with Kley-Sw. The sessions started with a 10-minute handstand warm-up. We've moved away from the straddle to focus solely on full planche combos. I can now also do pull-ups and presses in the same combo, and we're trying to combine them with planche push-ups and presses. I don't really know how I'd perform in a real competition, but I want to find out soon. I'm very happy with the training; my front planche and planche have improved a lot compared to when I started with @kley-sw.
