Is Your 2022 Playbook Ready?

Those who will make the most of 2022 already have their playbook. This is not one motivational talk to hype you. This is being factual. In this post I will be showing you how to develop your own playbook.

We say it every time and it has become a cliché, but that does not deny it of its potency. Doing the same thing every day and expecting a different result is one of the definitions of insanity.

If your strategy for 2021 did not work out, dump it. You cannot repeat 2021 in 2022 and expect 2022 to be different.

Maybe like it was for me, 2021 was a tough year for you also. The lesson you must take away is that you must have a change of plan.
Waiting for tomorrow to come before you start thinking about what to do is not a strategy. The top 3% don't live their lives that way. You must know what you want to do before tomorrow comes.

There three things that make up your playbook.

1. What will you be focusing on in 2022?
2. When will you start?
3. What will be your strategy?

The answers to those questions are what make up your playbook.

What will I be focusing on? Building my brand. and growing my community.

When will I start? On the 3rd of January.

What will be my strategy? Posting a 90-second video every day for the first 45 days is one of my strategies.

I will be participating in a video challenge with some other members of my community and together we will be recording and posting a 90-second video every day for the first 45 days, excluding Sundays.

You may have a different goal. but decide now, the one thing you will do for 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, to push you towards achieving that goal.

It is not about writing 10 things you want to achieve. Take a critical look at those 10 things and figure out that one thing that if you focus on and achieve it, you would have achieved the 10 things on your list.

Make that one thing your goal. Work like crazy towards achieving it. Start early. That is the greatest success secret.

There is money in everything. The problem is that we don't stay long enough in one thing before jumping to another. Let that attitude die with 2021.

Some of you have left your gift and went to learn Canva because you think the money is in Canva. The money is in your gift. Canva is just a supporting skill to enable people to know about you. But you left your gift and now you are wondering what to do with Canva.

But you know better now.
It is time to return to your core and let all the other skills you have learned be used to enhance your core gift.
Are you a primary school teacher? Post videos of yourself teaching kids.

Are you a poet? Post videos of yourself reciting poems.
Are you a doctor/nurse? Post videos of yourself giving health talks.

Are you a keyboardist? Post videos of yourself playing the keyboard.

Are you a lawyer? Post videos of yourself educating us on the legal side of business.

Are you a publisher? Post videos of yourself talking about book publishing.

Are you a storyteller? Post videos of yourself telling stories.
Are you a fashion designer? Post videos of yourself teaching about fabrics.

Do this every day for 6 months and watch if you won’t go viral and the world scrambling to know you.

But you already know this. The problem is just that many of us don't do it.

Leaders start while others are still sleeping. if you want to win in 2022, start early.
