[ENG-SPN] The Nameless Leonardos of the Romanesque / Los Leonardo sin nombre del Románico
For the most part, they were completely anonymous, but in a way, many of them left, in much of their work, the unmistakable mark of a life's journey that, lacking a name and surname, bequeathed to posterity an unforgettable professional record.
In their own way, and comparatively speaking, they were the Leonardos, the Michelangelos, or the Botticellis of an artistic and architectural style that for centuries made the medieval narrative the best spiritual marketing campaign of all time: the Romanesque.
Viewing, studying, or simply enjoying their work, it's easy to succumb to the romantic notion that many of them were true navigators of the unconscious, precursors, comparatively speaking, of those Jungs of the future, who also, thanks in large part to them, discovered the subtle strength hidden behind the archetype: the medieval stonemasons.
