Taking notes every where
Lately, I've started writing more often again. I now have a couple of notebooks I use to vent, but I decided to divide them by different aspects of my life. One for my thoughts, another for my goals, another for my personal growth… that way I feel I can better organize everything that goes through my head.
It's funny, because in the end I do the same thing as here. I write about what I experience and what I feel. It's just that each section has its own purpose. I think putting my ideas on paper is still one of the best ways I have to understand myself a little better.
Últimamente volví a escribir con más frecuencia. Ahora tengo un par de cuadernos que uso para desahogarme, pero decidí dividirlos por aspectos de mi vida. Uno para mis pensamientos, otro para mis metas, otro para mi crecimiento… así siento que puedo ordenar un poco mejor todo lo que pasa por mi cabeza.
Es curioso, porque al final hago lo mismo que aquí. Escribir lo que vivo y lo que siento. Solo que cada espacio tiene su propósito. Creo que poner las ideas en papel sigue siendo una de las mejores formas que tengo de entenderme un poco más.
