Homemade Three Chocolates cake

Hello chocolate lovers of steemit!

Are you having guests at home? Amaze them making this easy and fun dessert.

It´s really easy to do, you will be experimenting with gelatin if you never did, and tastes goooood!!

Ingredients

  • Chocolate (White, milk and dark) 100gr each
  • Milk 1,5 liter
  • A pack of your favourite biscuits
  • Butter 30gr
  • Agar agar 6 gr

    Directions

Smash the biscuits to dust. Heat the butter, add it and mix everything with 4 or 5 tablespoons of milk. You want a paste.

Make a base in a mould. Press it well to make it firm.

Now we´re going to make the layers. We have to do the process three times, one per chocolate.

Heat 500ml of milk and melt the cocholate at medium heat.

Dissolve agar agar in a bit of water, add it when chocolate is melted, and brig it to boil for 1,5 minutes.

That's it!! Pour this on the mould and place it in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. It will become jelly.

Do the process 2 more times and you got it!!

You have a fun and surprising dessert. It’s not oversweet at all. And the jelly texture makes it fun. Really good!!

You can work on a nice presentation (wich I obviously didn’t do this time), some cocoa powder or icing sugar will do.
