French toasts. Why not? It was sunday

Hi everyone!

I saw someone doing this in a movie and I could’t resist to go to the kitchen. It felt good. A little guilty, but…

Ingredients

  • 2 thick bread slices
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml of milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • Honey
  • Your favourite jam
  • Butter
  • Some fruit (to feel better)

    Directions

    Very easy. Beat the egg and add a bit of milk and vanilla extract.

    Soak the bread and heat a pan. Put butter on it and toast the toasts

    Its like a toast filled with omelette, a bit salty, a bit sweet. Its delicious!!
