Farming is a unique profession essential for feeding people. Every day, we adhere to several key principles and engage in various activities depending on the type of crop we are cultivating. 🚜

From the very beginning, when we till and prepare the land, we invest our utmost dedication as farmers. 💪

We understand how much our farms mean to us, and we look forward to the joy of harvest at the end of the planting year especially when everything goes as planned. 🌾

Rice, like any other crop, requires careful attention from the moment the seed is planted until it germinates, grows, and is finally harvested. 🌾🌿

We pay close attention to certain practices and stick to them diligently because we know that things can go awry if mistakes are made. ⚠️

Every year, we make minor adjustments to our approach to farming rice. 🔧

We must consider the changing climate, evaluate how average climatic conditions are evolving, account for the presence of new and improved crop varieties that may require different planting methods, especially those with varying planting and harvesting time frames, and finally, respond to new pests and their behaviors.

This year I worked more with a variety that produces faster, though the harvest doesn't look like it used to, probably because this is my first time trying it out.
