Hive Music Festival week 165 - Round 3/ Audioslave - Show Me How To Live [ENG/ESP]

Hello to all my friends at Music Zone, I hope you're having a wonderful and productive week. This time, I want to share with you a cover I played on my electric guitar of a song by one of my favorite rock bands. The song is titled "Show Me How To Live" by the American band Audioslave, released on their self-titled debut album in December 2003. The lead singer said he was inspired by Mary Shelley's Frankenstein for the lyrics, as you can hear in the chorus. The song's rhythm has a touch of grunge and classic rock, with a rather unique interlude where the guitar repeats a single high E note for over 20 seconds, incorporating wah-wah and ring modulation effects. The song's music video is composed of parts of the 1971 film "Vanishing Point," in which a white 1970 Dodge Challenger, driven by a drug addict from Denver to San Francisco, is involved in several chases with police patrol cars and motorcycles.

Hola a todos mis amigos y amigas de Music Zone, espero que estén estén pasando una excelente y productiva semana. En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes un cover en mi guitarra eléctrica de una canción de uno de mis grupos favoritos de rock. La canción se titula "Show Me How To Live" de la banda norteamericana Audioslave publicado en su primer album homónimo en diciembre del año 2003. El vocalista dijo que se inspiró en Frankenstein de Mary Shelley para la letra, como se puede apreciar en el Coro.El ritmo de la canción tiene algo de grunge y de rock clásico con un interludio bastante peculiar en dónde la guitarra marca un nota (E aguda) repetidamente que se extiende por más de 20 segundos con efevtos de wah wah y un efecto modulador de anillo. El video musical de la canción está compuesto por partes de la película de Punto de Fuga del año 1971", en la que un auto modelo Dodge Challenger blanco de 1970 , conducido por un drogadicto de Denver a San Francisco, se ve involucrado en varias persecuciones con patrullas y motocicletas policiales.
