Hive Music Festival week 161 round 2 / The Beatles - Day tripper. [ENG/ESP]

Today I want to share with you a cover I played on my electric guitar of a song by one of the most iconic rock bands in the world: The Beatles. The lads from Liverpool are a reference point and inspiration for many of today's artists and bands. The song "Day Tripper" was primarily written by John Lennon. It was released as the first double A-side single of their career, along with "We Can Work It Out." Both songs were recorded during the Rubber Soul sessions in 1965, but neither appeared on the album. "Day Tripper" features a unique and spectacular guitar riff that repeats throughout almost the entire song, giving it a distinctive sound, along with Ringo Starr's energetic drumming. It's incredible to think that such a great song, despite its success, was never included on an official Beatles studio album. It only appeared on compilation albums.

En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes un cover en mi guitarra eléctrica de una de las bandas de rock más representativas del mundo como lo es The Beatles. Los de Liverpool son un a referencia e inspiración para muchos de los artistas y bandas de hoy.La canciónDay tripper esta compuesta por John Lennon principalmente. Fue lanzada como el primer sencillo de doble cara A de su carrera junto a "We Can Work It Out". Ambas canciones fueror grabada durante las sesiones del Rubber Soul en 1965, sin embargo ninguna de las dos figuró en el álbum. La canción tiene un riff de guitarra único y espectacular que se repite a lo largo de casi toda la canción, que le da un sello distintivo de la banda, además de la batería enérgica de Ringo. Es increíble pensar que una canción tan buena y a pesar de su éxito, la canción nunca se incluyó en un álbum de estudio oficial de la banda. Sólo apareció en recopilatorios.
