Full Body AMRAP BOILER Workout (Bodyweight)
A full body workout you can do anywhere with no equipment in under 40 minutes! If you happen to have a weight available, even better, but not required (dumbbell, sandbag, plate, Bulgarian Bag, even a jug of milk/water, or a rock!). Doesn't have to be fancy!
This workout includes strength training and cardio all done in true H.I.I.T style. FUN AND EFFECTIVE! The high intensity intervals will boost your metabolism, build strength and endurance, and help burn body fat while building lean muscle.
AMRAP: As Many Rounds As Possible
I lead you through start to end including a warmup. Just push play and PUSH HARD!
