Updates on my bathroom dilemma

At lease last night they boys had me securely pinned down in bed, which was a comfort at least
So I have been in contact with my homeowners insurance who flatly states that this is not covered
My friend coinjoe@coinjoe said I should contact the VA, they have programs and grants to help with disabled veterans, of which I most definitly qualify

I installed that hand pull beside my toilet a couple of years ago. It's hell to think I have to hold on to let myself down on the seat or pull up from there. 😢

So I called my HVAC company, who installed my new water heater. I showed him the photos and told him about the "Squishy feeling" under the shower.
He said I most definitely had an extreme issue, and he too told me to contact the VA about getting my home ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant, but that could take many months.
He is going to have another remediation company call me to see what more can be done.

So in other news (as if I needed even more to be depressed about) My first cousin has died. Her viewing is Saturday, the Funeral is Sunday, all this is back home (3+ hrs drive)
I really need to go, but I have my new windows are supposed to be arriving between this Friday and next Tuesday.
What to do.
Incidentally, this is also a test, as I have not been able to make ANYTHING work on PeakD since more than a week ago.
