Mental Health catastrophe

Recent events have had a very bad effect on me.

Yesterday, 8 April 2026, I did not
A. turn on my PC
B. take my morning meds
C. only got out of bed to use the potty
D. go outside my house for anything.

Yesterday was a total waste.

I AM getting some glimmers of hope, the VA may get involved with fixing the issues with my house not being ADA compliant, maybe even help financing my shower repairs.
I just don't know yet.
I've been referred to "Property Medics" who do these sorts of repairs. They are coming to have a look this afternoon.
In the meantime, I took a shower this morning up in the old bathroom, and there I noticed this strangeness:

That is the attic access panel. Why is it cracked open?

While in bed all day yesterday, I noticed this:

This is just to show where that smoke alarm is located:

So do I have a depression demon staying in my attic and crawl space?

I have an appointment tomorrow to have a visit with my VA Clinical Psychologist.
Perhaps this afternoon will give me some hope for a fix.
Y'all pray for me.
