Possible Big Changes coming

I have been growing more and more disillusioned with how my nation is changing, not for the better in my opinion.
Since I have a lot of Irish heritage and Ancestry, I've begun seriously considering moving to a place where I can live out my days in peace and close to nature, while still having things nearby (for supplies, finding help with things etc... and especially having a new audience to play music for... I betcha dey ain't nebber seen nuthin like me playing and singing ha ha 🤣)
So after some browsing on the Daft app I found this run down location.
I've since found out that this place is under contract for sale, but it gives an idea of what I would be looking for, a "Fixer Upper" but this one at my age would most likely be beyond me (I'll be 70 yrs old this summer)

You can see on that last image, there is water damage under the plaster on the outside, which is also quite evident inside

This is (I think) on the opposite side of the ground floor

So, I sent a reply to the realestate agent who said it had been put under contract, that I may be coming to Ireland soon to scout for something I can afford that will suit my needs.
I will update you all as things develope
