New "Breakfast with Friends"

So, I let one side of my breakfast wrap go a little long

You spray the pan and both sides of the tortilla

This is a little trick I came up with: use an aluminum pie plate to help hold it down as it will tend to bubble up

My ingredients lined up (This IS a breakfast, but I just didn't feel like scrambling an egg)

All chopped up and nowhere to go (yet)

First the cheese on the hot tortilla

Then I start piling it on

Nothing like being able to pick up breakfast and walk around eating it

"Breakfast Wrap"
