If you know me, you know how INCREDIBLY bored I am on the holidays when nearly every OTA broadcast channel is dominated by football games of all flavors.
I HATE IT. No news, no weather just sports.

I cooked

I've had this cake mix on my shelf for months, so that when I decided to give it a whirl, I saw it required 3 eggs (I only had two) and it did not have the icing mix in the box as I had assumed, so I went out for eggs, got a haircut and then to the grocery store where I got the icing mix, eggs and a few other things($17.41 worth of other things)

For some reason I had a craving for Macaroni and cheese, so I got Rigatoni, used Salvadoran Rica Crema, some old frozen cubes of cheddar cheese, 1lb of very lean ground beef, some pasta water and viola!

There is a small amount of green bell pepper in there.
Also, on a whim (which should be avoided whilst in the grocery store) I got two sweet taters and baked them along with the cake
