All the photos of me smiling
All the videos of me exploring
It's all just an imaginary world that I allow you to see
But none of this is me

Im always dressed nicely
Addidas and nikes
Always well groomed
Hair cut beard shaved
But none of this is me

I got a bachelors degree in science
And now I'm pursuing my masters in neuroscience
Everyone says they're proud of me
But only if they knew
None of this is me

Inside I'm so simple
Deep down I'm so weak
But to you I'm so well accomplished
You'd think I've got it all figured out
But None of this is me

I want to be free
I want to feel alive
You think I'm so outgoing
But truth is I'm kinda shy

I don't like people very much
And I hardly keep in touch
I got a thousand friends on facebook
But I know only a bunch

I wish I was a bird
No I wish I was a fish
To fly around like an eagle
Or dive into the abyss

You'd think I was crazy
Or say I've gone mad
But If only you knew
How much it consumes me inside

I show you my life
The smiles and the laughs
Everything seems so perfect
Which makes it so sad
