Winter Solstice - Animations & Short Films, Part 1

Today December 22^nd is the shortest day of the year and the sun rises at 9:43 and sets at 15:01 here in Tampere, Finland. To celebrate this, here's my short movie and animation list for this year. I'll post the second part when the sun sets.

Lets start with a heart warming animation. Cute and suitable for children.

I think they left out the part where the roommate ate the girl. Or at least suffocated her by a classic face hugging method.

Moving on to cats. And missing cats. One particularly. Who knows what they do while on one of their trips.

You know afternoon tiredness? When your head feels like... ton of things and it's really hard to stay awake. I can relate.

You should just give in. We all should. Just sleep. It's good for you.

Here's one from the same animator. It's about flu. Not exaggerated at all.

Next.

It's about work and working. Do you have an important job?

The next one is about work too.

Chores to get your tooth back.

Zoos are sad. Just sad.

Something to cheer you up. A small deed but a big thing for one individual.

Here's the last animation. Again something to cheer you up. I mean to sheer you up more. A crocodile problem.
