Is this Wuwa?

So we're on the last of the regular nations of this game. But the weird part is that this place just looks like a brighter lit version of the first region of Wuthering Waves. Same cobbled together metal floors and banisters. It has that post-apocalyptic sanctuary that was put together by the survivors. Even some of the NPCs are lounging around the area in similar ways and in comparable outfits.

But at least with the brighter atmosphere it doesn't feel quite as depressed as Wuwa did. What are your guy's takes on this place? Is it what you guys thought cyberpunk Russia might look like?
