A much anticipated rerun

Columbina has to be the MVP for this banner. She is a very powerful character to have on the team. She can generate any of the Lunar reactions that were created this year. She's essentially another Hydro Archon character like Furina. Where Furina has two sides to her where one drains HP to damage and the other heals, Columbina is more straightforward.

However the rest of the banner isn't too great. The Raigen Shogun hasn't been as useful in the game lately while the common characters are all awful. Jahoda, Sethos and Ororon are not top tier characters.

The last region Snezhnaya will be releasing before long though and that means brand new characters that can use the new Stellar reactions like Sandrone.
