Feeling gratitude improves your life.
Feeling gratitude can improve your well-being, life satisfaction, relationships, and connections to other people. It also increases happiness and optimism and lowers depression. There’s even a link between feeling more gratitude and doing more helping things like helping someone in need. You can start incorporating gratitude into your life by making a gratitude list of 20 things you’re grateful for every day. You can also keep a gratitude journal, but I really like just expressing gratitude, basically just tell someone that you’re grateful for that you are grateful for them. The key to gratitude is daily practice, so do something every day
