Quick drawing of Mew

I was in my room editing some a video when Mew wanted to come in. Sometimes he stays in my room and just sleep but a lot of times he asks me for something lol.

Last night, he came in probably just bored and to see what it is there to do in my room. After having a quick look, he laid down on his usual spot on the floor.

I had my electric fan in the room since the AC broke last week and he likes to rest on its foot… I think cos it has a nice slope and just perfect for cats to lean on. 😂

I was checking some settings on my iPad when I had a thought: draw him quick!

Since I was quite busy, he just started laying down and leaning on the fan’s foot, possibly thinking of sleeping. I could have taken a pic from my phone but figured drawing him live would be more fun and challenging lol.

So I started drawing him.

Knowing him, I knew I had to be REALLY quick… maybe max 3 minutes. I kept on glancing back at him since I was drawing him and he noticed it. Everytime I glance, I have to pretend I’m very busy and wasn’t really looking at him because once I start talking or look at him for more than 3 seconds, he will get up and come to me.

There was a few times he looked somewhere else in the room and looked back at me, then proceeded to close his eyes. But after a few minutes, he got up and meowed at me.

I thought I lost the opportunity but after a few seconds he just went back to his position lol. I was able to finish my very quick drawing (maybe max 5 minutes) and he got what he wanted which I don’t remember by now.. probably was food or just to go back outside.

He likes leaning his head on anything. I thought maybe all cats do but I’ve seen my other cats don’t do that.

This pic in particular was taken last year and that’s how he looks when you look at him and he’s like “you got something for me?”. :D
