Living amidst hardships and suffering

How can we live a comfortable life with all kinds of heat, such as summer heat, sun heat, and War fire heat?

I am a grassroots person living in rural areas of Myanmar.
There is a civil war raging in Myanmar.
I am someone who lives away from the civil war environment.
This April, Myanmar held a fake parliament through fake elections and the power-hungry Min Aung Hlaing is acting as the fake president. The commander-
in-chief of the terrorist army, Min Aung Hlaing, has just taken off his military uniform and put on the presidential insignia.
He is dropping bombs from the air every day on ordinary people in areas where he has no power.
How can we be happy in such a situation?

No matter what, I still have to live in this country. I still have to work and earn money to survive.
So I have to learn to live with the hardships.
I can't increase my income every day, but the prices goods are getting higher.

In this kind of situation, I have to face the world.
That's why I describe the hot sun as a natural beauty.
The heat of the summer sun is no match for the heat inside me.

မင်္ဂလာအပေါင်းနှင့်ပြည့်စုံကြပါစေ။

နွေအပူ နေအပူ စစ်မီးအပူ စသော ပူလောင်မှုမျိုးစုံဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်တို့ဘဝ ဘယ်လို သာယာနေနိုင်ကြပါမလဲ။

ကျွန်တော်သည်ကား မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ ကျေးလက်ဒေသ၌ နေထိုင်သော အခြေခံလူတန်းစားတစ်ဦး ဖြစ်သည်။
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၌ကား ပြည်တွင်းစစ်မီး တောက်လောင်လျက်ရှိသည်။
ကျွန်တော်သည် ပြည်တွင်းစစ်မီး ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကို ရှောင်ရှားနေထိုင်နေသူ ဖြစ်သည်။
ယခု ဧပြီလ၌ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် အတုအယောင်ရွေးကောက်ပွဲဖြင့် အတုအယောင်လွှတ်တော် ကျင်းပကာ အာဏာရူး မင်းအောင်လှိုင် က အတုအယောင်သမ္မတ လုပ်နေသည်။
အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်တပ် ကာကွယ်ရေးဦးစီးချုပ် မင်းအောင်လှိုင် က စစ်ယူနီဖောင်း ချွတ်ကာ သမ္မတအဆောင်အယောင်ကို ဝတ်ဆင်လိုက်ခြင်းသာ ဖြစ်သည်။
၎င်း အာဏာ မသက်ရောက်သော ဒေသက သာမန်ပြည်သူတွေ အပေါ် နေ့စဉ် လေကြောင်းမှ ဗုံးကျဲချလျက်ရှိနေသည်။
ဤသို့သော အခြေအနေမှာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ ဘယ်လို ပျော်အောင် နေနိုင်ပါမည်လဲ။

မည်သို့ရှိစေ ကျွန်တော်သည် ဤနိုင်ငံအတွင်း၌ နေထိုင်ရဦးမည်။
ရှင်သန်နေနိုင်အောင် အလုပ်အကိုင်တွေ လုပ်ဆောင်ကာ ဝင်ငွေရှာနေရဦးမည်။
ဒီတော့ ဒုက္ခတွေကြားမှာ နေတတ်အောင်လည်း ကျင့်ကြံရပါမည်။
နေ့စဉ် ဝင်ငွေ ပိုမို တိုးပွားအောင် မလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ပေမယ့် ကုန်ဈေးနှုန်းသည်ကား ပိုမို မြင့်မားလာလျက်ရှိသည်။

ဤသို့သော အခြေအနေ ခံစားချက်မျိုးမှာ ကျွန်တော် လောကဓံကို ရင်ဆိုင် အံတုနေရပါသည်။
ဒါကြောင့်သာပဲ ပူလောာင်နျေသာ နေမင်း ကို သဘာဝရှုခင်း အလှ အဖြစ် ခံစား ဖော်ပြပေးလိုက်ပါသည်။
နွေအပူ နေအပူ သည်ကား ရင်ထဲက အပူကို မယှဉ်သာပါဘူးလေ။
