Saludos comunidad de full deportes, en este nuevo día tengo el placer de compartir un nuevo video donde presento una rutina muy activa con diferentes variantes, es un entrenamiento completo que te ayudara a tener más movilidad, fuerza y resistencia, realice movimientos con enfoque en mi tren superior, inferior y abdomen, trabaje durante 4 series de 25 repeticiones, les recomiendo realizar un pequeño calentamiento antes de realizar la rutina y mantener una alimentación balanceada, los invito a ver mi video si mencionar más acompáñame.
