Hola comunidad de full deportes, hoy quiero presentar una pequeña rutina para fortalecer el tren superior, con movimientos fáciles, que pueden practicar en casita con peso de su preferencia, trabaje remo para fortalecer un poco la espalda, copa, bíceps, tríceps y press de hombros, en un tiempo de 3 series de 20 repeticiones, es muy importante entrenar tren superior para fortalecer los brazos, espalda y hombros y poder tener fuerza para realizar otras rutinas de peso elevados, los invito a disfrutar de mi video asi que acompáñame.
