Saludos comunidad de full deportes, hoy tengo el placer de compartir una increíble rutina para activar y tonificar tu cuerpo, realice un tabata super intenso lleno de movimientos variados, esta rutina la realice con 6 ejercicios en un lapso de 45 segundos, en 3 series es una rutina con bastante movilidad de tal forma lograr fortalecer el cuerpo y la resistencia, los invito a disfrutar de mi rutina asi que nos vemos en otra oportunidad queridos amigos.
Greetings full sports community, today I have the pleasure to share an incredible routine to activate and tone your body, perform a super intense tabata full of varied movements,
