Issues with Hive? - Here is how I got around it!

Hey there Hivians!

As most of you are probably aware, there is some issues with the normal going-ons of the Hive community.

Aka, issues are above my knowledge, not sure what is going on, but this is how I got around it so I could get on with my regular Hivetivities :)

I use Keychain, but I assume this will work with anything else.

Step 1. You need to change the API node that you are connected to. It might have done this automatically, but I had to do it manually. To do that, I went into the Keychain web add-in and selected preferences from the drop down menu pictured below.

From here, you can select an RPC node to switch to. Don't worry, I don't what that means either.

I wasn't sure which node to select at first, but thankfully I cam across this link (https://beacon.peakd.com/) which shows the available nodes and their status.

As you can see from above, I selected anyx.io. Once I did this, Keychain started working fine again.

I then went to do the same thing in settings on Peakd, but it wasn't listed. I then selected deathwing.me instead, before switching it back to default where it switched automatically as needed.
