Daily Quote - Serenity

Hey there Hivians,

I am a person prone to anxiety.....lots of anxiety. It is really quite frustrating because I know logically that the majority of the things that I stress over will only ever live in my mind. When I stop and try to self-analyze, it is apparent that the primary commonality is my fear of the unknown.

As I sit here thinking on this, I keep oscillating between root causes. Is it the vacuum of knowledge that is the issue, or is it the lack of control over a situation? The more I think on this, the more I believe that lack of knowledge is the cause. This makes more sense to me because I think control issues stem from someone being afraid of not knowing the outcome of something due to a lack of control over it.

So this brings me back to the beginning and to why I chose todays quote. I fear the unknown and it causes me great anxiety. Although much easier said than done, I will try to act on these words.
