Daily Quote - Silence

Hey there Hivians,

For something that seems to be so incredibly powerful and fundamental to my wellbeing, it is mindboggling that I don't put more effort into finding silence and solitude.

I am, most definitely, the type of person that needs isolation in order to recharge. When needing to think, or just relax after a long day, nothing sounds more appealing to me than a quite place where I can be alone.

Of course, this is not a state which I am regularly privy to due to work and family. Maybe it is time to change that. Maybe setting aside 30 minutes after getting home from work to just unwind could be a good place to start.
