Kelubi
This Kelubi fruit or commonly called kelubi acid has the Latin name Eleiodoxa conferta. This kelubi fruit is a kind of plant from the type of palm that is found in the Southeast Asian region. Kelubi fruit is also commonly called jungle bark fruit.
In the area of South Sumatra, precisely in the area of Ogan Komering Ilir, this kelubi fruit is used for chili paste ingredients. Whereas in East Kalimantan, these kelubi fruits are often used as sweets. This kelubi fruit has a very acidic taste, thus indicating that this kelubi contains very much vitamin C.
