Recovery Day 16 - New push-up goal... my training diary entry from June 22 2026
(Here’s another snapshot of the Isar from last weekend.)
Hi Actifitters,
yesterday, I made my first attempt to reach my next small goal regarding close-grip push-ups. Since the rest periods between sets are now 60 seconds instead of 120, I didn't even manage the number of repetitions I had achieved in my previous workout.
The next goal according to the training plan (47+):

As you can see, a bit more work is needed to reach the goal.
Today is a rest day. It’s too hot for physical activity anyway. So, I’m looking forward to a leisurely day and a few World Cup matches.
