Loaded Bagel
Wake up to a delightful and energizing breakfast with this Loaded Breakfast Bagel. Perfectly layered with creamy textures and crispy bacon, it's a hearty start to your day that combines classic flavors in every bite.
Ingredients
๐ฅฏ 1 bagel
๐ง Cream cheese, as needed
๐ฅ Avocado, as needed
๐ฟ Black pepper, to taste

2 slices of tomato
๐ฅ 3 slices of bacon
๐ณ 1 egg
๐ข๏ธ Cooking oil, as needed
Instructions
1- Prepare the Bagel:
- Slice the bagel in half horizontally.
2- Add Cream Cheese:
- Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on both halves of the bagel.
3- Avocado & Tomato:
- Slice the avocado and arrange it over the cream cheese on one half of the bagel. Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper over the avocado slices for added flavor.
- Place the two slices of tomato on top of the avocado.
4- Cook the Bacon:
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little cooking oil.
- Cook the bacon until golden brown and crispy for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
5- Fry the Egg:
- In the same pan used for the bacon, fry the egg. Spoon some of the pan oil over the egg to help cook the top. Aim for a runny yolk if desired.
6- Assemble the Bagel:
- Place the fried egg and bacon slices neatly on top of the tomato layer.
- Cap it with the other half of the bagel.
7- Serve:
- Cut the assembled bagel in half for easier handling and enjoy warm.
