Ingredients

๐ŸŒฟ 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

1- Prepare the Special Sauce:

  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and relish.
  • Mix thoroughly until well blended. Set aside.

2- Toast the Buns:

  • Melt butter in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  • Place the cut sides of the burger buns in the skillet.
  • Toast them until they're golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3- Form and Cook Patties:

  • Shape the ground beef into two equal-sized patties.
  • Increase the skillet to medium-high heat and place the patties in the skillet.
  • Use a piece of parchment paper on top of each patty and press down with a spatula to flatten. Remove the parchment paper.
  • Season the patties with salt and pepper.

4- Finish the Patties:

  • Flip the patties once browned on one side.
  • Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese, allowing it to melt and become bubbly.

5- Assemble the Burger:

  • Spread a generous layer of the special sauce on the bottom half of each toasted burger bun.
  • Layer the lettuce, cheeseburger patties, tomato slices, red onion slices, and pickle slices.
  • Spread additional sauce on the top bun halves and cover each burger.

6- Serving:

  • Serve immediately for maximum flavor and freshness.
