Fudge Brownies

Ingredients
๐ง 2 sticks of unsalted butter, melted (1 cup)
๐ซ 1 cup of chocolate chips
๐ฅ 4 eggs
๐ 1 cup of granulated sugar
๐ฏ 1 cup of brown sugar
๐ฟ 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
๐ง 1/4 teaspoon salt
๐พ 1 and 1/4 cups of flour
๐ซ 1 cup of cocoa powder
๐ซ 1 bar of your favorite chocolate, cut into bite-size pieces for the top
Instructions
1- Preheat the Oven:
- Begin by preheating your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
2- Melt Butter and Chocolate:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the melted butter and chocolate chips.
- Heat them in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
3- Mix Wet Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until they become foamy.
- Gradually add the granulated sugar and brown sugar while continuing to beat.
- Pour in the vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
4- Combine Dry Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
5- Blend Dry and Wet Mixtures:
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until a thick batter forms.
6- Add Melted Chocolate:
- Fold in the melted butter and chocolate mixture into the batter until fully incorporated.
7- Prepare for Baking:
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
8- Top with Chocolate Pieces:
- Scatter the bite-sized chocolate bar pieces over the top of the brownie batter.
9- Bake:
- Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes.
