Ingredients

🍗 3 pounds of chicken wings
🍋 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
🧂 1 tablespoon Lawry's seasoned salt
🧄 1 teaspoon garlic powder
🌶 1 teaspoon paprika
🌶 1 teaspoon chili powder
🧅 1 teaspoon onion powder
🥄 3 tablespoons baking powder
🍋 2 additional tablespoons lemon pepper
🌿 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning


Instructions

1- Prepare the Wings:

  • Wash the chicken wings thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, combine the wings with all the spices: lemon pepper, Lawry's seasoned salt, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, and onion powder.
  • Add the baking powder and mix well to ensure that each wing is evenly coated with the seasoning blend.

2- Cooking Options:

  • Frying:

    • Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (about 190°C).
    • Fry the wings in batches for 12 to 15 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown.
  • Air Frying:

    • Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (about 199°C).
    • Air fry the wings for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, until they are cooked through and crispy.
  • Baking:

    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (about 204°C).
    • Bake the wings on a lined baking sheet for 40 to 50 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.

3- Toss and Serve:

  • Once all the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl.
  • Add the additional 2 tablespoons of lemon pepper seasoning and the ranch seasoning.
  • Secure the bowl with a lid and give it a good shake to evenly coat the wings with the extra flavorings.
